A Quadrant is a unit of measurement determined by the Intergalactic Council of 2731. Each Quadrant is one hundred thousand light years cubed. They are stacked in rows, columns, and shafts. For example, Quadrant 001 is in row 0, column 0, and shaft 1. The closer a Quadrant's number is to 000, the closer it is to the center of the known universe. There can be negative numbers too, for example Quadrant -42,-7 is in row -4, column 2, and row -7. The center of the known universe is Quadrant 000. Sol is in Quadrant 000.
